Ryanne Sass

As Vice President of Pre-Development at Plaza Street Partners, Ryanne is responsible for ensuring thorough due diligence and timely design and permitting is conducted on all projects. Ryanne has established a network of reputable partners such as architects, engineers, surveyors and other various consultants throughout the U.S. which has been a crucial part to a development’s success prior to breaking ground. Her focus on pre-development facilitates a smooth construction start and an on-time new unit opening for the client.

Ryanne grew up in Saint Louis and earned an International Business Degree, with a focus on Business Management and Spanish, from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Since moving to Kansas City, Ryanne has become an active member and ‘big’ with the local community organization, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City.
